Who is Required to visit the Undergraduate Advising CenTRE?

• All transfer students (before registering in courses).
• All students regarding the selection of the upper-level non-HKIN elective credits (prior to registering in 3rd year).
• All students who are taking a BHK as their second degree (prior to registering for courses).
• All HKIN students who are seeking permission to deviate in any way from the prescribed program of study prior to registering for courses.
• All students who are seeking permission to fulfill HKIN degree requirements away from UBC (prior to commencing off-campus studies).
• All students who wish to take less than 9 or more than 33 credits per winter session; or more than 12 credits per summer session (prior to commencing studies).
• All students who plan to graduate in November or May.
• All students who wish to apply for a minor in Arts, Commerce, Nutritional Sciences, or Sciences..
