Monday-Friday, 8 am-11 pm

support staff
An attendant is always available in the Equipment Dispensary on the main floor, South hallway of OSBO Unit 1 during building hours.  Attendant assists with booking, set-up/operation of equipment, classroom access, and emergency/first-aid situations.

building security
Theft is an ongoing problem and the following precautions are recommended:
1. Store personal items away from main entrance doors to all class/gym areas.
2. Ask attendant to lock door if personal items are to be left in classroom
NOTE:  Dispensary attendant unlocks classrooms for instructors only - students are not given access.

food/drink in classrooms
Refreshments in classrooms/gyms are forbidden unless prior arrangements have been made with the Facility Manager.

changing rooms/lockers
Changing rooms are available during building hours; rental lockers are available from the Equipment Dispensary.

classroom bookings/room changes
Call Facility Manager at 604-822-3604 to book classrooms or gyms.  Please notify Equipment Dispensary staff as soon as possible if a scheduled class in OSBO is cancelled.  If class space is shared, please notify which class will be using the classroom and/or gymnasium space.
