Register for a fitness class (1 term) and receive weekly admission. Drop in (1 visit) options are also available. Our highly qualified and well trained staff will ensure that fitness classes are designed for people of all ages and abilities.

TAI CHI (Yang Style - 24 forms):
An ancient Chinese exercise that increases your sense of coordination, balance and overall body awareness; promotes physical and mental relaxation as a form of meditation. This class is for individuals who have little or no prior experience.
YOGA (Dru):
Dru Yoga is based on a flowing movement of sequences that focuses on tension release, balance of energies within the body & body awareness. Rejuvenate while you improve strength & flexibility and create core stability. All ages and abilities are welcome.
COMMUNITYFIT:
The combinations of these three fitness classes are designed to enhance your productivity in the work place and to improve overall health and well-being for everyday living.
Spin: An Aerobic Conditioning Class on bicycles.
- Includes a variety of drills that work on upper and lower extremity musculature while keeping the heart rate up, giving you a great cardiovascular workout.
- Increase your energy levels and build stamina!
Posture ‘N Back Care: A Stretch and Strengthening Class to improve posture and prevent and manage chronic low back pain.
- Gain trunk stability by strengthening your core so you can work better and live better!
Strength ‘N Conditioning: A Whole-Body Strength and Conditioning Class targeting endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility.
- Muscle strengthening exercises performed in ways the body is used during activities of daily living/working.
- Teaches you how to gain functional strength and flexibility.

SPIN- ENDURANCE CLASS:
A 45 minute class which includes a 10 minute stretching session at the end. This class is great for those who wish to increase their cardiovascular conditioning by building endurance and stamina. Exercise drills incorporate both upper and lower extremity musculature while focusing on elevating the heart rate for a great cardiovascular workout. Regardless of your level of fitness, you ultimately control the intensity of the class . |
