Winter Term: January 12 - April 10, 2009
No Classes Feb. 16 - 20 (Reading Break)
Fall Term: Sept. 8 - Nov. 28, 2008
• 3 Different Fitness Classes (45 min/class)
• 3 Sessions/Week
• 3 Months/Term
This is the latest in group fitness training for people of ALL skill levels. This is a quick and easy, no-fuss fitness program for UBC Faculty/Staff & Members of the Community.
Add variety to your exercise routine with instructor-led aerobic (SPIN-indoor cycling) and resistance training (Functional Conditioning) classes.
We are located on the south end of campus (next to the Winter Sports Centre) and only a 10 minute walk away from the UBC Bus Loop.
It doesn’t get easier than that!

Amenities include shower facilities and faculty and staff & hourly pay parking, located behind Osborne Centre, Unit 1.
Due to popular demand, we’ve added MORE classes (12pm, 5pm)!
